A seasoned entrepreneur with investments in agriculture and other diverse sectors. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Troika Investments Limited. Prior to founding the company, he served as Procurement Manager with Izzi Industries Nigeria Limited where he rose to the position of a General Manager with Omohuyi Izzi Motors Limited.

He holds a University Diploma in General Agriculture (1987) from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing (1994) from the University of Port Harcourt and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) (2016), from the same University. He also holds PGD in Strategic Management from the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria.

He belongs to various professional bodies in Nigeria such as: the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Strategic Management (ISM) and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR). He is so passionate with the vision of using agriculture to create employment for the teaming population of unemployed youths and young graduates in Nigeria.

He started early Agribusiness of fresh Rubber commodity trading as a merchant with various Rubber Plantations after Secondary School education between 1988– 1992, before proceeding to pursue university education. He holds B.Sc. degree in Economics (1996), from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, MBA from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt (2003).

He has vast industry experience cutting across Sales, Agriculture, banking, Finance and Public Infrastructure development. He started his working career with Reckitt Benckiser in 1997 as a sales executive in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria, after his National Youth Service Assignment. He later joined the banking industry with City Express Bank where he worked and rose to the position of a branch manager in 2005 before joining Diamond bank in 2006 as a relationship manager. He also worked with First Inland Bank as a branch manager in Aba, Abia State; worked with Oceanic bank (acquired by Ecobank) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Between 2014 and 2015, he worked with Keystone bank Limited as a Regional head in charge of Corporate Banking covering South-South and South-East, Nigeria. He has attended various courses in banking, finance, Public Private Partnership (PPP) on infrastructural development. Currently, he is a member of the Institute for Public Private Partnership, U.S.A. He sits in the board of BFG Capital Management Limited and FF&F Nigeria Limited as a Director.

Rene is a Dutch 11th generation farmer, international well-seasoned entrepreneur and investor. He holds a B.Sc. in crop production and business management, Master of Food and Resource Economics (M.S.F.R.) from the University of Applied Life Science, Dronten the Netherlands. Rene started an enterprising agro business at a very young age. He started his first farm business in onion farming at the age of 19. Later on he took over his father’s farm and also assisted his brother in Brazil in the management of a large farm operation in Minas Gerais, Brazil. He has managed large number of Dutch farm cooperatives and board memberships like potatoes cooperative AGRICO and that of the cooperative bank, RABOBANK.

He was a member of the regional parliament and is a prominent leader in his political party. From 1991 he was involved in several agricultural start-ups in West Africa, such as in Cocoa, Onion, cash crops, Cassava, Dairy, Swine and Fish farming. He has published several articles on agricultural business development together with several key agricultural scientists. He is theCEO of Terra Agric International BV, responsible for the investment finance division. He believes in the transformation of agricultural farming in Africa through the application of modern technology to make it attractive to youths.

Razak is a 1992 graduate of Agriculture from the University of Illorin with a Bachelor of Agriculture degree. He also holds a Master degree in Business Administration [MBA] from the University of Benin, Benin City in 2005.

He started his working career with a Feed Mill and Agro Processing Company. He joined the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC) in 1999 where he worked at various times as Branch Manager in Edo, Delta and Rivers States with duties and responsibilities of overseeing the operations of the Corporation in those States, with responsibilities to Identify, Analyse, Mitigate and Monitor Agricultural project risks using key performance indicators to determine if project is on track, a career that spanned Sixteen years.

He is a Chartered Insurer. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACII) and also an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM). He has attended several Local and International courses and conferences. Razak Momoh is saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the planning and implementation of Agricultural farms development.

Peter van Stijn is a Dutch entrepreneur with more than 25 years industry experience. He had his early education with Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences Supply Chain Management and a post applied science program in Supply Chain Management in the same school. He taught Supply Chain Management in the same university from 2000 to 2002.

He is highly competent in Business Management, with emphasis on logistics and value chain management, proactive, and able to keep all plates spinning without losing focus on the end goal. He is a team player, encourages colleagues and business partners to work cross functionally and not stopping at the boundaries of their job description. A Chief Connection Officer (CCO) as he brings synergy to all projects he is involved.

Since October 2018, Peter founded Link4Synergy L4S, he is currently working on value chain project applications. He works with international and local business partners in the (renewable) energy, water, infrastructure/civil and agricultural sectors. He facilitates initiates and direct projects in emerging countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon and South East India).The current L4S projects is a Solar PV offering for commercial and public organizations in Ghana and in four states of India, to set up large scale solar factories.

Evelyn Ikuenobe-Otaigbe is a multi-skilled project manager as well as a much sought-after public speaker. She has organized and managed global events. She is a member of women in TV and Films, Ga, (WITF), The Public Relations Society of American (PRSA), the American Writers and Journalists Association (AWJA), and the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA). Her Humanitarian and Charitable outreach encompasses serving as Executive Director Empowerment and Advocacy Resource Network (E.A.R.N) Founder of the American Arts Academy (A.A.A) and serves as member, Board of Trustees for the African Children’s Fund, (A.C.F). Eve is a deeply involved in community service. She was Social Secretary for Esan World Congress, (E.W.C). Served as assistant Secretary of Nigerian Women Association of Georgia (N.W.A.G). Founded and was pioneer President of the St. Maria Goretti Old Girls, International, (G.O.G.I) an alumni network with members in 5 continents, and chairs a scholarship foundation for young Esan girls amongst others. She has a first degree in Theatre Arts and Mass Communication, an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology and Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration. Upon many successful exploits in the USA, she returned to Nigeria as the Special Assistant (Research) to the Minister of Information & Culture in 2012. She is married to Raphael Otaigbe with four children and is currently, Director, Educational Services Department in the National Gallery of Art, a federal agency under the Ministry of Information and Culture, Abuja, Nigeria. Under her leadership, the newly created ESD has attained new heights with her innovative leadership and foresight. She has created new relevant programs which have been successfully implemented and applauded. She currently advises TA Commodity Producers Co Nigeria Limited at the board level on Youths and Women inclusion in Agriculture.

Josephine Alagboye is a Microbiologist. She currently advises TA Commodity Producers Co Nigeria Limited on Rural Community Health Advocacy. She works with Microbiology Department of Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, Edo State. Presently, engaged as Assistant Director Medical Laboratory Services, saddled with the responsibility of managing and controlling the activities of Microbiology, Parasitology, Serology and Mycology Unit of Microbiology Department. She has also held the position of Chief Medical Laboratory Scientist saddled with the responsibility of routine Microbiological, Parasitological Serology and Mycology Analysis of samples and supervision of other staff of Microbiology Department; Assistant Chief Medical Laboratory Scientist saddled with the responsibility of routine Microbiological, Parasitological Serology and Mycology Analysis of samples and supervision of other staff of Microbiology Department. Currently undergoing her PhD program in Microbiology with Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State. She holds Master in Medical Laboratory Sciences, (MMLS) and an Associate in Medical Laboratory Sciences, (AIMLS) from the School of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Jos University Teaching Hospital, Jos Plateau State, [1989-1993]. She is a passionate poultry farmer.

Sam Umweni is an Agronomist with over 25years cognate agricultural field experience. He holds B.Sc. (Agriculture with specialization in Agronomy), 1979, M.Sc. (Agronomy), 1985 and Ph.D. (Soil Science with specialization in Pedology), 2007, from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

From 1981 to 1992, he worked with Benin – Owena River Basin Development Authority as a Principal Agricultural officer. He has executed 36 Soil Survey and Land Evaluation Studies in various parts and States in Nigeria; Involved in 7 major projects on Environmental Impact Assessment and Group Studies; Published 14 reports on various land evaluations for irrigation and cultivation of various crops.

He is currently a university teacher with the University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria.
